The building has 6 levels with basement carpark, landscaped terraces, and on-grade carpark. It also features an aboriginal and cultural courtyards.
The services provided within the Ambulatory Care Building includes Aged Care, Rehabilitiation, Older Persons Mental Health, Oral Health, Renal, Health Information Services, Ambulatory Care Clinics and Allied Health.
Decanting, demolition, site services upgrades, and external works all form part of the project scope.
